The 20th September 2023 episode of Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein begins with Isha informing Shantanu that she will be returning to Ramtek.
Shantanu is taken aback by her decision and informs her that she is not fit to live alone.
Isha, on the other hand, tells him that she has been living alone and in misery for the past twenty years, and that it has become routine over time.
Shantanu promises her that she will not go until she is entirely fine, while Isha tells him that she has not decided to leave yet, but that if she does, he will not be able to stop her.
Savi and Harini are getting ready to go to a friend’s wedding when Kiran walks in and asks where they are going.
Kiran lusts after Savi and ignores Harini’s explanation as she exits the room feeling uneasy around him as Harini reminds him that she mentioned her friend’s wedding.
